Our client is a fast growing Construction Company focusing exclusively on high-end residential units is looking to recruit the Head of Sales and Marketing to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in building & construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the company marketing strategy.
- Create and develop three B to C brands.
- Organize PR events with partners and prospective clients.
- Manage online marketing, company website and social media presence.
- Manage and monitor both online and offline advertising campaigns.
- Design company sales strategy.
- Recruit, train and manage a sales force.
Qualifications:
- Must have a business degree preferably in Marketing.
- Must have at least 7 years’ experience in building & construction industry.
- Must have strong mathematical and excel skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be have the ability to work under pressure.
- Must have strong B to C marketing experience.
- Must have experience building a B to C sales force.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 150,000 - 200,000/= (Approx. 1,666 - 2,222 USD) depending on experience
