Location: Kibera & Mathare, Nairobi
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm and some weekend hours as needed
Job Purpose:
The construction supervisor will be responsible for the entirety of a construction project, from start to finish, including BQ, personnel, quality and ongoing maintenance.

The construction supervisor will be responsible for the entirety of a construction project, from start to finish, including BQ, personnel, quality and ongoing maintenance.
Specific Duties
- Support in the preparation of BQs and drawings and other tender documents as required
- Using constructions management software packages to plan smooth work flows (Gantt Chart) or any other relevant package
- Oversee all the day-to-day construction and ensure the safety of the materials, quality of work and the adherence to original design
- Inspect and review project to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations
- Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling and implementation
- Make safety inspections of site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health and safety and environment are adhered to
- Oversee repairs and maintenance of the existing buildings

Education and Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Building and Construction/ or Relevant course
- Minimum three years’ experience a must with past project related record and references/referee
