Our client, a growing Furnished Apartment Business in South Sudan, Juba is looking for a HR & Administration Manager.
The successful candidate
MUST have prior HR and Administration management experience and willing
to relocate to Juba, South Sudan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering and running day to day activities in the department.
- Set up and develop administrative systems.
- Conduct interviews for departmental recruitment.
- Keep up to date records of employees.
- Organize, direct and supervise employee’s welfare.
- Communicate and coordinate all training processes.
- In charge of HR monthly report writing.
- Knowledge of labour laws.
- Perform other roles assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Degree in Human Resource.
- A higher diploma in human resource is an added advantage.
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience in senior management.
- Good written and spoken English and Amharic.
- Must possess compensation/salary structuring experience.
- Must possess training and development experience.
- Must have experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Must be a team player.
- Computer literate.
- Possess strong analytical skills.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 315,000 /= (Approx. 3,500 USD) Plus benefits
