Job Vacancy Title: Animal Health Technician 

Overall Job Purpose: The animal health technician will be responsible of attending to the customers’ animal management issues on behalf of the animal feed manufacturers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend to farmers with technical issues.
• Planning of daily programs and making follow ups on duties delegated.
• Visit farmers as per customer list given.
• Advice and train on start up farmers until they are able to stand on their own.
• Attend to clinical cases for animals e.g. Post Mortem update the company management on feeds performance at any given time.
• Link sales representatives to potential customers.
• Provide intelligence.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your superiors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

• A diploma in Animal Health management/production or related field.
• Over 1 Years experience in animal management or animal manufacturing feed management.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Above 24 to 35 yrs of age.
