Architectural Firm Engineer and Clerks of Works Job Vacancies in Kilifi Kenya

A leading architectural firms wishes to recruit the following Resident Site Personnel for a major ongoing construction project in Kilifi County.

Initially successful candidates will be engaged for a period of three years.

Resident Civil and Structural Engineer
1 Position

Reporting to the project Civil /Structural Engineer and answerable to the Project Architect/Lead Consultant and the project Manager, the job holder will be responsible for overseeing all the civil and structural works on site on a day to day basis; she/he will also deal with all quaries to civil and structural engineering works on site.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required

• A relevant engineering degree from a recognised university, and be computer literate.
• Be a member of the institute of Engineers of Kenya and registered with ERB
• Have atleast  5 years post registration experience with a busy civil/structural office
• Good-interpersonal relations will be an added advantage

Clerk of Works (Building Works)
1 position

Reporting and answerable to the Project Architect/ Lead consultant and the project manager, the holder of the job will be responsible for overseeing all the builders works on site and ensuring that all instruction and drawings are implemented faithfully.

Qualification, Skills and Experience Required

• A higher diploma in Building and Civil Engineering Technology from a recognised Institution
• Be computer literate on relevant packages
• Have a minimum of 5years post qualification experience
• Good interpersonal relations will be an added advantage.

Clerk of Works (Electrical and Mechanical Services)
 1 position

Reporting and answerable to the Project Architect /Lead Consultant and the project Manager, the holder of the job will be responsible for overseeing all electrical and mechanical services works on site and ensure that all instructions and drawings are implemented faithfully.

Qualification, Skills and Experience Required

• A higher Diploma in Electrical and Building Services Technology from a recognised institution
• Be computer literate in relevant packages
• Have a minimum of 5yrs post qualification experience
• Good Interpersonal relations will be an added advantage
