recruit a high caliber, results-oriented and self-driven Personal Assistant to
join their team in the capacity below.
The ideal
candidate should have worked abroad preferably in a similar capacity.
Carrefour Personal Assistant Job VacancyDuties and Responsibilities
- Arranges organizational issues related to business trips, meetings and appointments.
- Prepares and modifies documents, reports, memos, presentations, emails, agendas …
- Performs general and clerical duties.
- Able to prioritize relevant interlocutors to meet with.
- Manage the MD’s corporate calendar/email account and personal calendar/email account; including heavy coordination of meetings, urgent company matters, and priorities
- Plan all meetings and manage all travel arrangements and itineraries (including air, hotel, car, rail, special accommodations)
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Evaluate and coordinate timely communication in response to requests, issues, questions, problems and other correspondence needs
- Organize and document all information needed for successful daily operations and tasks
Skills

- University degree with relevant experience
- Minimum of 6 years experience
- Strong computer knowledge of MS office
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and to work under pressure
- Good presentation and moderation skills
- High degree of integrity and responsibility
- Self motivation and energy
