In order to expand our reach to all Kenyans, we seek to expand our sales team, by recruiting Health Plan Representatives
Summary of the Role: We are seeking results-oriented individuals to drive direct sales of the LINDA JAMII product in the following counties; Kisumu, Kakamega, Nandi, Nakuru , Uasin Gishu, TransNzoia, Nairobi, Kiambu, Nyeri, Muranga, Embu.
Remuneration will be commission based with a minimal initial expense reimbursement arrangement, but with prospects of exceptional earnings on attainment of targets.
The incumbent would report directly to and Area Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate suitable active leads/contacts in corporates within the region and target these for direct sales;
- Meet and exceed sales targets;
- Establish and maintain relationships with SMEs, Saccos, Corporates and other key potential clients in the regions
- Good Knowledge of the respective region;
- Experience working with SMEs, MFIs, Saccos, Cooperatives, Women groups and large plantations;
- Experience in aggressive direct sales to corporates;
- Well groomed, presentable, confident, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
