Location: Mombasa road, Nairobi
Salary: 30K - 40K gross
Our client is recently set up international company in Kenya that specialise in supply of building materials and contracting of interior design work for high end residential and commercial projects.
They have subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Kenya is the 1st branch in Africa. They seek to hire a customer service executive to deal with clients issues and to make sure that the client is satisfied.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact to clients, suppliers, subcontractors, government and any other third parties.
- Handle day to day customer complaints
- Applying for work permits, licenses, certificates and other relevant documents
- Communicating to the clients either via email, face to face, telephone etc
- Make customer follow ups and providing feedback to the management
- Formulating and reviewing documents such as proposals, letters, and quotations for customers.
- Coming up and maintaining an efficient filling system
- Coming up with reports
- Offer support to the sales and projects department so as to achieve set targets.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Diploma in Customer care, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a busy construction company
- Good Communication skills
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Fluent in English and Swahili
- Positive attitude very critical
- Techno Savvy
- Versatile
- Previous contact center experience
