Overall
Purpose:
The overall purpose of this role is to develop and manage clients business in
liaison with the Board across the sectors of focus which are energy and real
estate, through development of new customer relationships, securing the
necessary agencies, partnerships and accreditations, building the
internal technical capabilities and operational frameworks, and
efficiently managing operations on an on-going basis.
The
overall scope includes Human Capital Development, Supplies, Training and
Operations & Maintenance.

Real Estate Business Development, Sales and Marketing
- Development efficient and cost-effective marketing strategies
- Market the company’s products
- Deliver sales to agreed targets

Customer and Business Base Development (Energy Sector)
- Formal dimensioning of market opportunities, and developing market penetration strategies
- Continuous market research
- Marketing to potential and existing customers
- Secure new customers and expand business
- Grow the business revenues
3.
Capability Development
- Build Operational framework for customer service
- Manage team development to meet customer needs and in line with business growth
4.
Partnerships, Agencies and Accreditations
- Secure agencies and accreditations from relevant organizations are appropriate and necessary for the business
- Build CLIENT partnerships with relevant organizations to enable build the product and service portfolio in the relevant business areas.
5.
Financial Management
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Financial Control
6.
Operations
- Manage all operations relating to customer fulfillment and service
- Manage marketing and sales operations
7.
Team Management
- Develop and motivate staff
