The organisation: Our Client, a leader in the position of medical insurance products and services, is looking for 20 competent and skilled Marketing Executives /Financial Advisers to join our team /unit.

The successful candidates main purpose will be to create new and maintain existing accounts, working in Nairobi or in its branch offices.

The ideal candidate will be a citizen of Kenya who has the following:

Key Qualifications for Insurance Marketing Executives

• Diploma or Degree in relevant field
• At least 2 Years' of relevant experience

Insurance Marketing Executives Key Skills and Competencies

• Ability to work in a competitive environment and contribute towards team results
• Insurance knowledge, Life Cover will be an added advantage 
• Previous experience in Insurance sales 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge in technical areas (experience)

Key Duties of Insurance Marketing Executives

• Market and Sell insurance policy products
• Create client portfolios
• Prepare quotations for policies 
• Follow up with customers
• Identify new markets 
• Conduct market surveys and assess the market need
• Cultivate relationships with new and current clients 
• Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and revenue generating activities
• Prepare weekly reports on sales performance
