Duties

• Supervise, train, develop and succeed high performing and result driven team members.
• Understand and manage Product Knowledge and be responsible for Store Team Members. .
• Assess customer profiles, buying trends and competitive information to drive business.
• Supervise loss prevention in stores.
• Supervise Inventory
• Supervise and be accountable for incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Stores Manager.
• Deliver good services to customers

Requirements

• Diploma in Storekeeping / purchase and supply or any related field
• Some accounting knowledge
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Stores Supervisor in a busy organization
