Bintis is a brand spanking new nut butter brand set to shake things up on the spreads aisle in supermarkets. We’re looking for adventurous, creative, charismatic and crazy driven individuals to spread the word about BINTIS on the streets of Nairobi. 

Our motto is ‘Be kind to yourself’ in your food choices, lifestyle choices and so much more and as our brand ambassadors and educators you’ll be our mouthpieces spreading this message and telling everyone you come across about why the Bintis way is literally the best and why our nut butters are better than anything they’ll ever try again.
 

Who we are: We’re a food start-up making the best nut butters South of the Sahara north of the Limpopo. Yes we’re biased but our stone-ground nut butters are life changing…true story. 

Why we’re literally the best

We live and breathe nut butters. All that time spent with nuts has led to the creation of a range of nut butters that are crazy delicious. We source only the finest ingredients and stone grind our nut butters to produce a finished product that often has many people eating it out of the jar with a spoon in the middle of the night!

This is an awesome opportunity to be part of an exciting food brand that will shake up the market with an innovative range of nut butters.

You’re role: We’ve started a Nairobi wide search for energetic, charismatics, crazy driven, people who love meeting people, are friendly even at their hungriest and set goals to crush them. 

You’ll need to be an innovative thinker and creatively come up with new ways to spread the Bintis word in Nairobi. 

A thick skin goes without saying for all the no’s you’ll get and a relentless determination to amplify the Bintis brand in stores and

• Carry out samplings in stores engaging with customers to get their feedback
• Set sales goals with sales team for each sampling event
• Come up with ways to creatively display BINTIS nut butters at sampling table in stores

Who you are

• Friendly and you enjoy meeting new people and random conversations
• Fanatical about customer service.
• Able to stand for 4-8 hours without looking like a rhino run over you
• Charismatic magnetism is key to getting a customer to stop in the middle of their shopping and listen to you for a second
• Passionate about food. You’ll be educating customers on the myriad of ways they can use our nut butters.
• Always punctual and organized to ensure sampling events run smoothly

Requirements

• A natural passion for food
• Experience as a brand ambassador in FMCG great but not required we’ll train you.
• A curious mind
• Truck loads of charisma and drive
• Empathy and good listening skills. Sampling in stores should be a conversation with our customers, with them talking more than us.
