Sales Representative Job Vacancy in an Office Supplies Company in Nairobi

Our client, a fast growing Electronic Office Equipment, Stationery and Furniture Suppliers in Nairobi is looking for a very aggressive, energetic and focused individual with a passion for a sales career.

The Role: This position requires the individual to sell office equipment, furniture and stationery products to identified and existing clients. 

S/he should create a leads database of prospective clients and follow through effectively.

Position Title: Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new business for the organization
• Maintain excellent customer service for both existing and new clients
• Have a great desire to succeed in sales and pursue it as a long-term career
• Prepare regular sales reports as required by management
• Resolve customer complaints promptly
• Prepare accurate quotations
• Update clients on new products and services offered by the organization
• Any other duties as may be required by management.

Education Level / Qualifications:

• Kenya Secondary Certificate of Education (KCSE)
• A Diploma in Sales and Marketing
• Working knowledge or MS-Office suite

Experience

• At least one year of continuous work experience in the same field.

Competencies / Skills

• A respectful, customer oriented person with good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to meet set targets and work well under pressure
• A self-driven individual with the ability to work with minimum supervision
• An Aggressive and ethical person
• A Persistent, team player with excellent negotiation skills
