is based in the U.S. and is launching operations in Kenya and several other
African countries.
The management team is made up of Ivy League educated individuals who have been executives at several Fortune 100 companies in the U.S and built up successful companies before.

is made up of the Founder of one of the world's largest retail brands, and
former CEO's of several global consumer retail brands.
Job Purpose: The job holder will be responsible for helping to build and drive the company's sales efforts in Kenya.

incumbent will also help craft the Sales and Business Development strategy for
the Company's other markets across Africa.
The
individual will work as part of an exciting, results-oriented team of
international colleagues.
This
position is rewarding and challenging and it will help the individual enhance
his professional capabilities in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with customers (Merchants, SMEs) and prospective customers in Nairobi
- Make telephone calls and in-person, visits to existing and prospective customers in Nairobi.
- Communicates the Company's value proposition to existing and prospective customers
- Oversee research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Coordinates sales effort with management team in Kenya and the U.S.
- Oversee Planning and organizing personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment
- Keeps abreast of product applications, Technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends in the Kenya market.
- Any other duties that may be allocated by management from time to time.
Required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business related field.
- Minimum of 8 years relevant sales experience.
- Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth aggressively by building targets, creating a sales plan and executing
- Good communication skills with ability to read analyze and effectively present information to management.
