Some positions have arisen due out of the new strategic  direction.

Networks & Security Analyst

Reports to: Networks & Security Officer 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting, configuration and Monitoring and administration of Network Security, Switches, Routers and internet firewalls
• Carrying out planned Data center equipment maintenance as per the schedules with the vendors or internally;
• Data Center Management Involving server upgrades & maintenance and data center access control;
• Managing Internet providers, networks/Links services and other service providers 
• Supervising IT (Network) equipment suppliers to ensure that their service level agreement maintenance is carried out satisfactorily
• Ensure high availability of and reliability of the Internet & Network infrastructure, applications and connectivity within branches and DR auto fail-over.

Professional Qualifications, Job Experience & Skills Requirement 

• Bsc Degree in Computer Science or related Field 
• Must posses Cisco Certification  (CCNA and CCNP)
• Microsoft MCSE/MCP/MCSA will be an added advantage 
• Security Certification CEH/CISA/CSSP/CCNA  Security 
• Experience in, 2003 /2008 server platforms, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server,ISA Server and SQL Server and SQL Server 2008 or higher version
• Solid Knowledge of LAN/WAN Configurations with experience in Cisco routers, Network security, auto fail overs, switches, Internet firewalls and wireless technology.
• Minimum 3-5 Years' working experience in a busy IT environment with DR sites and remote locations
