Job Title: Show room Sales Manager

Location: Nairobi

Our client, a leading world class supplier of Industrial and domestic appliances is seeking to recruit a Showroom  Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Show room Management

• Ensure presentation and display of show room is presentable
• Show room is fully stocked
• All POP’s are in Place and pricing completed
• Customers are promptly attended to on arrival in the show room
• Assist sales persons in closing sale
• Credit Notes are correctly processed  in accordance with  procedures
• All Gate Passes, LTO, Stock Movements  are correctly processed in accordance with procedures
• Discounting- to be auctioned in conjunction with Orion.

2.    Staff Management 

• Ensure all staff is trained Discipline is maintained
• Smartness and formal attire is adhered to
• Breaks are taken in an orderly fashion and timings are adhered to
• On leave is monitored and coordinated
• Resolve any staff issues, complaints or queries 

3.    Reports

• Analysis of customer feedback reports
• Prepare sales summary reports to ensure in accordance to budget
• Ay reports as required
• Reconciliation of stock 

Qualifications

• 2 Years experience in managerial sales in sales
• Good track record in sales
• Bachelors in sales and marketing

Personal Assistants/ Legal Secretaries

Personal assistants will work under the supervision of the Advocates and will also be advised on various policy matters by the Office Administrator.

Their duties will include:

• Prepare letters and documents as may be advised by the Advocates, noting to strictly observe the set timelines.
• Liaise with the dispatch team to ensure that all letters and documents are delivered on time.
• Bind documents, make copies and attend to annexure
• Processing all incoming emails, letters and other correspondence
• Files copies of all correspondence in the relevant files
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine enquiries for approval by the Advocate
• Read and analyse incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
• Co-ordinate and schedule the Advocate’s meetings as may be advised from time to time.
• Prepare meeting agendas and distribute
• Take and transcribe minutes and distribute to meeting attendees
• Manage and maintain the advocates Diary in terms of scheduling appointments, time management and keeping it up to date.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend to farmers with technical issues.
• Planning of daily programs and making follow ups on duties delegated.
• Visit farmers as per customer list given.
• Advice and train on start up farmers until they are able to stand on their own.
• Attend to clinical cases for animals e.g. Post Mortem update the company management on feeds performance at any given time.
• Link sales representatives to potential customers.
• Provide intelligence.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your superiors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

• A diploma in Animal Health management/production or related field.
• Over 1 Years experience in animal management or animal manufacturing feed management.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Above 24 to 35 yrs of age.

Production Supervisor –Feeds Nutritionist 

Reporting to the production manager, the production supervisor will be responsible of achieving agreed production KPIs in terms of quality, safety and quantity, cost, timeliness, and people morale by supervising and coordinating production activities so as to ensure achievement of high quality  products  at optimum cost in a safe  environment  by highly  motivated staff.

Salary: Kshs 25k – 35k

Job Card:

• Provide guidance in animal feeds nutritionist.
• Take charge of formulation, feed ingredients purchases and feeds pricing.
• Correlate the formulas to the cost of the raw materials and feeds pricing.
• Ensure and maintain production of high quality feeds with good acceptable texture and consistency of its colour.
• Ensure steady flow of production activities to produce the right product in the right quality at the right time (Quality Right First Time)
• Supervision of the production process ensuring the production team follows the laid standard working procedures.
• Maintain high level production and operational machine efficiencies.

The preferred person must have a minimum of:

• A degree /Diploma in animal production from a recognised institution
• BSc in Animal Science is an added advantage
• 2-4 years work experience in feed formulation
• Strong team player
• Highly detailed
• Solid Leadership
• Good People and communication skills
• A proven track Record in feed industry
