Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the right of way acquisition process.
- Perform all aspects of the site acquisition process.
- Identify requisite consents, roads’ authorities, railways, local authorities, private land and NEMA.
- Manage subcontractors to obtain all necessary way leaves.
- Follow up payments to ensure timely acquisitions.
