Field Sales Executives
 

Our client is an innovative young company that is changing the waste management and recycling space in Nairobi and beyond. 

The company is currently scaling up its operations and is looking to recruit field sales staff responsible for selling waste collection services to residential properties.

Recruitment will be done to cover the following areas: Kangemi, Kawangare, Lavington, Kiambu and Githurai.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct selling of waste collection services to residential properties
• Building of leads with caretakers, landlords and real estate managers that can be converted into sales
• Reporting to the Sales Team Manager

Qualification and Background

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in any kind of sales position
• No graduates with university degree

• Good communication skills
