The position holder will report both to the Supply Chain Manager and the Mission Pharmacist.  
The main functions of the position include Medical Orders Processing and GDP compliance.

Main Tasks include, but not limited to:




  • Processing medical orders from mission clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintaining quality assurance of medical items and drugs by complying to set MSF procurement procedures.
  • Maintaining good client relationships and ensuring client service satisfaction.
  • Good management of both information and procurement database.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology.
  • Good knowledge of orders processing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supply chain environment. Previous MSF experience / 2-5 years of experience in the same field is an advantage.
  • Computer literate with practical use of MS-Office.
  • Certificate in Purchasing and Supply Management and/ or customer service will be an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong initiative, able to handle complex assignments with proactive attitude.
  • Team player with strong analytical skills, attention to details (precise)
  • Flexible and able to work in a demanding and challenging work environment.
  • Humanitarian spirit.
  • Available to start as soon as possible.
Regular working hours are Monday – Friday: 07.30 – 12.30 and 13.00 – 16.00 (Can be called upon to work on Saturdays or other days based on the needs)
