Our client, a leading Retail Pharmacy Chain in Kenya with a wide network of branches across the city is looking for a Site Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the right of way acquisition process.
- Perform all aspects of the site acquisition process.
- Identify requisite consents, roads’ authorities, railways, local authorities, private land and NEMA.
- Manage subcontractors to obtain all necessary way leaves.
- Follow up payments to ensure timely acquisitions.
- Daily interaction with project manager to ensure efficiency and planning.
- Avail reports to the CEO and Project Manager on site information for existing and upcoming sites.
- Sort out all site related issues including repairs, non-payment, electricity disconnection and access issues.
- Ensure the availability of the correct documents and contracts in compliance to the law.
- Ensure payment coordination with the local authorities and other statutory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate from a recognized university.
- Must have 3 years’ experience as a housing agent or estates manager.
- Experience in procurement.
- Close working relationships with the local authorities.
- Knowledge and understanding of property law and real estate business.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Negotiation & facilitation skills.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 100,000 - 150,000/= (Approx. 1,111 - 1,666 USD) depending on experience
