A leading insurance company with Regional Presence, is seeking to fill the following positions of Insurance Sales Agents with individual who are self-driven and highly independent.
This is a highly rewarding commission paying remuneration structure.

The main agents responsibility will be to;
- Sell insurance and investment plans to prospective and existing individual and corporate clients
- Create long-term business relationship with new clients while managing relationships with existing clientele
- Meet and exceed exciting and aggressive work targets;
- Work in a high pressure, fast –paced entrepreneurial environment with minimum supervision.
To qualify, one must possess the following:
- Be at least 25years of age;
- Have a minimum education level of K.S.C.E. C (Plain);
- Must be computer literate;
- Mature, Confident, Articulate and with strong communication skills;
- Resulted oriented with ability to work under strict deadlines and meet set sales targets;
- A high sales drive and a passionate will to succeed through personal effort;
- Well groomed, presentable and strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in sales and/or insurance will be a definite advantage.
