Role Purpose: He/she will oversee the conceptualisation, planning, development and implementation of the program management office within the department.

the Head of Department in setting up and monitoring cross-functional
alignment of objectives to the overall departmental strategy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Operational (incl. Planning):
- Assigning of tasks to the section heads as they are received in the department, tracking and follow up for responses.
- Tracking of all projects assigned to departmental members by the Head of Department.
- Raising all requisitions for spend in the department and monitoring of budget lines.
- Assist the Head of Department in assessing and preparing training schedules for the team with assistance of the HR Business Partner.
- Representing the Head of Department in functional and cross-functional forums, committees and projects as assigned.
- Managing the department’s budget and monitoring its expenditure on a monthly basis.
- Follow up on documents, emails etc, circulated to other departments for feedback in order to generate responses.
- Monitoring the delivery of departmental KPIs by ensuring that there is cross-functional alignment of KPIs in support of the departmental and companywide 3X3X3 objectives.
Academic Qualifications & Experience
- PR Graduate is desirable.
- Diploma in Administration from a recognised institution with at least 3 year experience.
- Agency (PR) experience is desired.
- Financial Management is required.
- Presentation skills/competencies are desired.
