Reporting to: Kenya Management Team and Regional Marketing Manager, in Ghana.

Our client is part of a multinational group who are in the business of importing and distributing complimentary Pharmaceutical and Medicinal products and Alcohol products.

Its Headquarters is in the UK, with regional offices in Ghana, Nigeria and is now opening in Kenya.
 

The company is actively recruiting talented and career orientated individuals to become key members of the Kenya team.

Job Description:

• Responsible for assisting Regional Marketing Manager with collection of local market information.
• Will be fully responsible for ensuring all marketing campaigns are executed and in a timely manner within Kenya for the Health and Beauty and Alcohol categories.
• Will coordinate with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board to gain approval for marketing material and campaigns.
• Will actively seek methods to promote brands to both B2B and B2C customers using resources set out for each brand.
• Fully responsible for ensuring online presence of each brand is accurate and up to date and to find creative methods to promote online tools to Consumers.
• Develop and execute road shows and pop up shops for brand promotions and sales.
• Oversee and monitor all aspects of B2B and B2C Sales.
• Manage all aspects of aftercare sales for Consumers.

Candidate Profile:

• Ideal candidate should have the necessary qualifications for the role with at least 2 or 3 years relevant experience. 
• They should be able to demonstrate experience within the fields of Health and Beauty or Alcohol sales. 
• Multi language skills are desirable.

Salary: very good retainer plus commission.
