Job Title: Financial Accountant

Profile Introduction: Our Client, a diversified technology company serving customers and communities with innovative products and services; seeks to recruit a self-driven individual to the position of Financial Accountant.

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake the following primary responsibilities:

• Prepare and pass all the accounting entries in SUN accounting software;
• Maintain the local chart of accounts in line with GCOA;
• Month End processing and reporting from point of entry to Final local Reports sign-off;
• Payments /transfers to suppliers and employees;
• Review of Employees Expense Vouchers;
• Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation;
• Cost Accounting of Inventory;
• Point of contact for the auditors, Tax Consultants and the local Bank and
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register & Physical Count.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting and CPA (K) required;
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role;
• In-depth knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting, and accounting software;
• Experience in Multinational Environment /Audit and hands on experience with SAP is a plus;
• Should be capable of working independently.
