Purpose: Reporting to the Revenue Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for debt management to ensure that collection targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of customer accounts;
• Debt collection;
• Supporting the sales team and debt collectors with the relevant information;
• Preparation of debt management reports on time;
• Handling client queries and responding on time.

 

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:

• Business related degree;
• CPA Part II;
• At least 5 years debt management experience;
• Proven track record of debt collection;
• Good negotiation and coordination abilities;
• Good client relationships management & engagement; and
• Excellent communication analytical and reporting skills.
