Retriever is a Vehicle and Asset Tracking Company with Fleet Management Solution & Stolen Vehicle Recovery and has been actively working in the country for over 5 years.

Retriever has international offices in the following countries: - Angola, Botswana, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Rwanda, South Africa, Spain, Singapore, Swaziland, Tanzania and Zimbabwe.
 

We are currently seeking experienced and professional Sales Account Managers to join our young and upcoming Sales and Marketing team. 

This position will report to the International Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and use existing network in the industry
• Achieving sales targets on monthly basis
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
• Delivering sales presentations to new customers
• Manage and solve conflicts with customers
• Attending customer meetings
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers
• Building a “territory”
• Follow up of sales leads and closing the deal
• Managing a portfolio of accounts
• Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
• Leading and training other members of the sales team
• Managing the work of account executives
• Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team
• Meet time deadlines
• Completing all the administrative sales work as required
• Preparing and submitting timely weekly and monthly sales reports

 

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
• At least four years’ experience in Sales and Marketing team in a reputable organization
• Leadership in the area of Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage
